🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Managerial Positions: 16 years of education (Master’s) + 5–6 years of relevant experience.

• Officer Level: 16 years of education + 0–3 years of experience.

• Assistants / Support Staff: Bachelor’s (BA/B.Com/B.Tech) + 2 years of experience.

• All degrees must be recognized by HEC.
