The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the premier regulator of Pakistan’s capital markets and corporate sector, is seeking qualified, driven, and results-oriented professionals from Balochistan for Islamabad-based roles. These positions are offered on a contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of regularization based on performance.

Available Positions

1. Deputy Director (01 Position)

• Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputable HEC-recognized institution. Candidates must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 4 years.
• Preference: Priority will be given to candidates who have completed the Bar at Law course.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience, including as an Advocate High Court, with expertise in corporate litigation, criminal prosecution, and advisory.
• Age Limit: Maximum age 40 years. Candidates with 3 years of experience with a regulator will receive a 5-year age relaxation.

2. Assistant Director (01 Position)

• Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputable HEC-recognized institution.
• Preference: Priority will be given to candidates who have completed the Bar at Law course.
• Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Age Limit: Maximum age 35 years. A 5-year age relaxation applies for candidates with 3 years of regulatory experience.
