FAB is seeking qualified candidates for the following roles:
1. Assistant Director (Technical/Engineering)
No. of Positions: 6
Location Quota: Merit, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years
Salary Range: Competitive
Qualifications:
- MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 3.5 CGPA (75%) from an HEC-recognized institution.
OR - BSc in a relevant field with valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the ICT sector, whether in public or private organizations.
Key Skills:
- Deep expertise in wireless communication and radio spectrum management.
- Proficiency in cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, IoT, and big data.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to effectively handle technical operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects related to wireless communication systems and radio frequency spectrum allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with national and international communication standards.

2. Assistant Director (HR/Administration)

Location Quota: Merit
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in HRM, MBA (HR), or LLM/MPA with a minimum of 3.5 CGPA (75%) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resource management, preferably with experience in a multinational company or large organization.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in HRMS and other modern administrative software tools.
- Expertise in communication, negotiation, team management, and core HR functions such as talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of organizational dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with organizational goals.
- Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement processes.
- Provide administrative leadership to ensure smooth functioning of HR and operational activities.
3. Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts)
No. of Positions: 1
Location Quota: Merit
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
Salary Range: Competitive
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification such as CMA/ACCA or an MBA with a specialization in Finance/Accounts, or M.Sc. (Economics) with a minimum of 3.5 CGPA (75%).
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, in either the public or private sector.
Key Skills:
- Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax filings.
- In-depth knowledge of audit procedures, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and advise on financial planning.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage financial statements, budget reports, and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and lead internal audit processes.
- Oversee the financial planning and analysis functions to support the organization’s objectives.
