The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), under the Government of Punjab, is offering various contract-based career opportunities for experienced and qualified professionals domiciled in Punjab. These positions are within the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program (ACAG), a flagship initiative aimed at providing 100,000 housing units to low-income families across Punjab over the next 4.5 years.

Job Openings

1. Program Director (PPS-11)

• Salary: PKR 70,000 per month
• Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning; Master’s in Project Management, Urban Planning, or Law.
• Experience: At least 18 years of relevant experience in government or donor-funded urban development and housing projects. Preferred experience as a Program Director or Technical Lead.

2. Estate Management & Admin Coordinator (PPS-10)

• Salary: PKR 55,000 per month
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or property management, with a proven track record in real estate transactions and client advisory services.

3. Manager (Planning & Implementation) (PPS-10)

• Salary: PKR 55,000 per month
• Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering or a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Planning.
• Experience: At least 12 years of experience in urban infrastructure projects, with expertise in municipal housing.

4. Manager (Procurement & Contracts) (PPS-10)

• Salary: PKR 55,000 per month
• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Procurement, Contract Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Experience: At least 12 years of experience in procurement or contract management, with work on donor-funded projects preferred.

5. Financial Specialist (PPS-8)

• Salary: PKR 35,000 per month
• Qualifications: Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in financial management, particularly on government or donor-funded projects.

6. Specialist (Legal) (PPS-8)

• Salary: PKR 35,000 per month
• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Law.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in legal matters, particularly in town planning and housing.
