The initial contract duration is 3 years, extendable annually based on performance.

Available Positions

Director (Security)	BPS-19	01	Anywhere in Pakistan	Retired Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel (or equivalent rank) from Armed Forces with relevant security expertise.	Maximum 55 years
Deputy Director (Security)	BPS-18	05	WAPDA Formations in Pakistan	Retired Major (or equivalent rank) from Armed Forces with field experience in relevant security roles.	Maximum 48 years

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with field experience in security management. The organization reserves the right to adjust the number of positions based on organizational needs.
