The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Assistant Director Rescue & Fire Fighting Services (EG-01). Position Details

Position Title: Assistant Director Rescue & Fire Fighting Services (EG-01)

Pay Scale: PKR 56,280 – 168,880 (Defined Contribution Scheme applies as per approval)
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per Federal Government rules)

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  Candidates must hold a B.E. in Mechanical or B.E. in Chemical Engineering with at least a 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university.

Selection Process

1. Written Test:
   All shortlisted candidates will undergo a written test as part of the evaluation process.
2. Physical Ability Test:
   Candidates qualifying for the written test will also need to pass a Physical Ability Test, ensuring their suitability for the physically demanding nature of the role.
3. Training Program:
   Selected candidates will be required to attend a basic training program at the Civil Aviation Training Institute, Hyderabad. During the training period, they will receive a fixed stipend.
4. Bond Requirement:
   Successful candidates must execute a Surety Bond for PKR 1,000,000 (One Million) to serve the PAA for at least three years.
