The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), an autonomous body of the School Education Department, Government of Punjab, is seeking ambitious and experienced professionals to fill various positions. With the goal of providing free education to over 3 million children across Punjab, PEF offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about education, management, and organizational development. Available Positions

Senior Management Roles

  1. Deputy Director (Programs) – 7 Positions
    • Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Sciences, Business, Management, or Social Sciences (HEC recognized).
    • Experience: 8+ years (5 years post-qualification) in medium/large organizations.
  2. Deputy Director (Audit) – 1 Position
    • Qualifications: CA/ACCA/ACMA or relevant Master’s/4-year degree.
    • Experience: 8+ years (5 years post-qualification) in finance, audit, or governmental sectors.
  3. Deputy Director (Finance) – 1 Position
    • Qualifications: MBA (Finance)/BBA (Hons) or equivalent.
    • Experience: 8+ years (5 years post-qualification) in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.
  4. Deputy Director (Human Resources) – 1 Position
    • Qualifications: Master’s in Human Resources or Business Management (HR specialization preferred).
    • Experience: 8+ years in HR functions like recruitment, training, and organizational development.
  5. Deputy Director (IT – Android Development) – 1 Position
    • Qualifications: Master’s in Computer Science/IT.

Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility.
  2. Written Test: Conducted by ATS at designated centers.
  3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for interviews.
