Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

✅ Punjab Domicile Holders Only
✅ Educational Qualifications: Degrees must be HEC-recognized.
✅ Foreign Degree Holders: Equivalency certificate from HEC/PM&DC required.
✅ Age Limit: As per UHS Service Regulations.
✅ Public Sector Employees: Must apply through the proper channel with an NOC at the time of the interview.

Step 1: Online Submission

Applicants must apply online via the UHS official job portal:

Download and print the completed application.

Step 2: Application Fee Payment & Hard Copy Submission

Deposit an application fee of PKR 2000/- at Bank of Punjab, A/C No. 65800216301001.
Attach the paid bank challan with your application form.
Submit a hard copy of the completed application form along with:
📌 Attested copies of educational documents
📌 CNIC & domicile copy
📌 Two passport-sized photographs
📌 Experience certificates (if applicable)
