Key Responsibilities 📚
- General Manager (Food & Beverages):
- Lead and oversee the operations of the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring quality control, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategic plans for menu management, budgeting, and staff development.
- Collaborate with event teams for catering services and manage vendor relationships.
- Manager Catering:
- Plan and organize catering services for various events, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Supervise catering staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors for sourcing fresh ingredients.
- Implement health and safety standards within the catering operations.
- Executive Chef:
- Design and develop menus that reflect culinary excellence and creativity.
- Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen staff schedules.
- Cook and Assistant Cook:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning, ingredient selection, and food storage management.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Driver:
- Provide transportation services for staff and supplies.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and adherence to traffic safety rules.
- Female Medical Attendant:
