The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has announced new recruitment under Advertisement No. 13/2025 for regular appointments in the Cooperative Department, Government of Punjab. Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates for the posts of Assistant Registrar (BS-17) and Lay Assistant Registrar (BS-17).

These vacancies are open to candidates from across Punjab and are filled through a merit-based competitive examination process, which includes a comprehensive written test followed by a psychological assessment and interview. Candidates applying must have a Bachelor’s degree (Second Division) and must be computer literate.

📚 Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree (at least Second Class / Grade “C”) from a HEC-recognized university
  • Must be computer literate
• 🌍 Domicile: Punjab (applicants from any district of Punjab may apply)

🖊️ Written Examination Structure

Candidates will undergo a written examination consisting of four papers, followed by a psychological assessment and interview.

* Non-Muslim candidates may opt for Ethics in place of Islamic Studies.

✔️ Passing Criteria:

• Minimum 40% in each paper
• At least 50% aggregate (200/400) marks required to qualify for the interview
