✅ Job Responsibilities:

As Chief Internal Auditor, the successful candidate will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, including:

• Leading and managing the entire internal audit function within FESCO, reporting directly to the Audit & Finance Committee and the Board of Directors.
• Independently evaluating and reviewing financial, operational, and credit-related activities to ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory standards.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive internal audit strategies, procedures, and programs ensuring complete oversight of financial transactions.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen internal control systems and governance frameworks.
• Directing special audits and investigations as required by the Audit & Finance Committee or Board of Directors.
• Liaising effectively with external auditors, government authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparent financial operations.
• Ensuring decisions made by the Board of Directors and senior management are properly communicated and effectively executed throughout the company.
