🧠Professional Experience (Role-Based)
- Chief Skills Development Officer: 15+ years in senior leadership roles related to ICT training, education policy, or skills development.
- Director Roles: 12–15 years of progressively responsible experience, with a focus on strategic execution in skills training, international coordination, or national-level workforce development.
- Manager Roles: 7–10 years of operational or mid-management experience in project implementation, curriculum planning, or international recruitment facilitation.
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce operations, facilitation, documentation, or program tracking.

- Design and manage programs for local and international IT workforce readiness
- Engage with public/private stakeholders, training partners, and government bodies
- Develop strategic documentation, project plans, and performance reports
