🎓 Academic Requirements

🧠 Professional Experience (Role-Based)

  • Chief Skills Development Officer: 15+ years in senior leadership roles related to ICT training, education policy, or skills development.
  • Director Roles: 12–15 years of progressively responsible experience, with a focus on strategic execution in skills training, international coordination, or national-level workforce development.
  • Manager Roles: 7–10 years of operational or mid-management experience in project implementation, curriculum planning, or international recruitment facilitation.
  • Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce operations, facilitation, documentation, or program tracking.

  • Design and manage programs for local and international IT workforce readiness
  • Engage with public/private stakeholders, training partners, and government bodies
  • Develop strategic documentation, project plans, and performance reports
  • Oversee curriculum coordination, industry-aligned skills mapping, and content evaluation
  • Build pathways for global job placements, liaising with embassies and international employers
  • Manage the logistics and monitoring of nationwide IT training initiatives
