The Sindh Government, represented by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Islamabad, welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates who are domiciled in Sindh for various teaching and support staff posts at BBSUTSD‘s Khairpur Mirs campus. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join us on a regular or contract basis in departments covering Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and major administrative offices.

Positions & Departments

Eligibility & Experience Requirements

1. Professor (BPS-21)
   • PhD (HEC-recognized) in relevant field
   • Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience, or 10 years post-PhD professional experience
   • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
2. Associate Professor (BPS-20)
   • PhD (HEC-recognized) with no third-division in academic record
   • At least 10 years’ combined teaching/research or professional practice
   • Demonstrated ability to guide junior faculty and postgraduate students
3. Assistant Professor (BPS-19)
   • PhD, MPhil, or equivalent in the advertised subject
   • 1–2 years teaching or research experience preferred
4. Controller of Examinations (BPS-20)
   • Master’s degree in relevant discipline
   • Minimum 8 years’ experience in examination administration
5. Secretary to the Vice Chancellor (BPS-17)
   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
   • 5–7 years’ executive support experience
6. Assistant Controller of Examinations (BPS-17)
   • Master’s degree in any discipline
   • At least 3 years’ experience in an academic office environment
7. Assistant Director (Admissions) (BPS-17)
   • Master’s degree in Education or related field
   • Proven experience managing student recruitment processes
8. Purchase & Procurement Officer (BPS-17)
   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
   • Familiarity with government procurement rules and at least 3 years’ relevant experience
