Join PPHI Sindh as Community Health Worker — Opportunities Available in Multiple Districts (2025)

PPHI Sindh, a well-known Section 42 registered company under the Companies Act, 2017, is currently expanding its frontline health workforce. In partnership with the Sindh Integrated Health and Population Program – 1000 Days, PPHI Sindh is seeking to improve the primary healthcare in the province. For the support of this effort, applications are invited for contract-based Community Health Workers (CHWs).

This hiring drive is an excellent chance for Sindh residents to be a part of life-altering health programs in their communities. Successful hires will be working at the grassroots level, providing vital care and improving public health in their own Union Councils.

📌 Who Can Apply? — Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum qualification required is Intermediate (FA/FSc or equivalent).

Age Bracket:

• Candidates should be between 20 to 30 years of age.

Preference Will Be Given To:

• Married women residing within the same Union Council (UC).
• CNIC address of the applicant or her spouse should match the UC where she applies.
• Holding a valid UC Certificate and CNIC is mandatory.
• Priority will also be offered to candidates whose husband or brother consents to assist with mobility (preferably owning a motorbike) to support outreach activities.
