What You’ll Do in These Roles

If you’re stepping into the Regional Coordinator role, expect to be the central figure in managing district operations, overseeing program implementation, and coordinating between technical units and field teams. You’ll lead capacity-building initiatives and ensure that all evaluations and reporting align with the project’s rigorous standards.

As an M&E Officer, your primary focus will be building and executing logical frameworks, ensuring quality control, and tracking project KPIs. Your ability to work across databases and reporting tools will be critical for providing timely insights to decision-makers.

The Assistant Director (Agriculture) role places you at the core of agronomic transformation. You’ll engage closely with farming communities, help implement modern techniques, and monitor the performance of agricultural interventions, especially those targeting climate resilience.

Meanwhile, the Assistant Director (Livestock) will work hands-on with livestock owners and herders, promoting improved livestock health practices, nutrition strategies, and community-based veterinary support systems.

Each of these roles will demand both technical knowledge and people-centered leadership. We’ll count on you to bridge field realities with administrative planning.
