The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination is recruiting a Project Director Hepatitis C Programme – NHSRC Jobs 2025 to guide Pakistan’s nationwide elimination campaign from its headquarters in Islamabad. Appointed on Project Pay Scale PPS-12 (BPS-22 equivalent) through 30 June 2027—with extension possible—the director will steer strategy, budgets, procurement, and multi-level coordination while ensuring strict compliance with PPRA and GFR rules. 📌 Position Overview

🎯 Role & Responsibilities

The Project Director will oversee the complete execution and management of the Prime Minister’s Programme for the Elimination of Hepatitis C, including:

• Strategic Leadership: Define, plan, and execute the national strategy for Hepatitis C elimination.
• Project Oversight: Monitor progress, ensure milestones are met, and keep the project aligned with set objectives.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, ensure compliance with government financial rules, and approve project-related expenditures.
• Procurement Supervision: Ensure adherence to PPRA rules and maintain transparency in procurement processes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with federal and provincial health departments, donors, and NGOs to ensure synergy in efforts.
• Performance Evaluation: Establish monitoring systems, generate periodic reports, and ensure accountability across all project teams.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master’s in Management, Public Health, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution (preference for higher qualifications).
• Experience: At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in project management, financial management, or public sector program execution.
• Knowledge: PPRA procurement rules, GFR regulations, and public health governance.
• Age: Between 40 and 62 years on the closing date.
• Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, financial control, policy execution, and stakeholder engagement.
