1) Middle Management — Lubricants Technical Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with suppliers of base oils, additives, and finished lubricants for timely procurement and quality materials.
  • Coordinate closely with the lubricants supply chain team for planning against production needs.
  • Prepare and update product performance requirements for base oils, additives, and finished lubricants.
  • Evaluate supplier test data vs. specifications/industry standards; run benchmarking studies and spot product/portfolio gaps for new development.
  • Support lab/R&D teams on formulation improvement and application trials.
  • Create and maintain technical knowledge bulletins, brochures, and user guides; respond to internal/external queries on lubricants.
  • Provide technical support to sales: customer meetings, complaint handling, product trials, and presentations to end users on product benefits, KPIs, and best practices.
  • Deliver classroom/on-site training for retail, consumer, and high-street lubricant sales teams on product fundamentals, applications, and competitive angles.
  • Represent the company in seminars, workshops, and customer outreach events relevant to the auto/industrial sectors.
  • Review and update technical content on the company website; support certifications, approvals, and OEM processes for existing/new products.
  • Draft and submit technical proposals and reports; prepare compliance documents for regulatory and quality audits.

Education

  • 16 years of Engineering education (preferably Chemical or Mechanical), from an HEC-recognized university/equivalent foreign degree holder.

Experience

  • 6–7 years overall in a large-scale setup (production/maintenance), with 2–5 years directly in lubricants or a very similar role.
  • Hands-on background with engines, compressors, turbines, gears, or similar rotating equipment is mandatory.

Requirements

  • MS Office and SAP/other ERP user.
  • Strong follow-up/coordination and communication skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Prior work in the lubricant industry is mandatory.

2) Junior Management — Imports (Chemicals)

Key Responsibilities

  • Track chemical consumption trends for forward planning.
  • Maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relations (internal & external) for smooth imports.
  • Monitor daily stock levels for optimal inventory; raise and track purchase requisitions and follow through to delivery.
  • Coordinate with procurement, P&S, IT, Finance, and logistics; speed up documentation and gate-in where needed.
  • Manage sales orders from creation to delivery; liaise with port and logistics teams for prompt clearance.
  • Handle customer queries on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Provide admin support to sales (minutes, scheduling, meeting setup, and related tasks).

Education

  • 16 years of education, preferably Master’s, from an HEC-recognized university/equivalent foreign degree holder.

Experience

  • 3–4 years overall (national/multinational), with 1–2 years in chemicals/petrochemicals/petroleum products (imports function).

Requirements

  • MS Office and Power BI.
  • Strong SAP skills for procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Working knowledge of import documentation and international trade compliance.

Age: Preferably ≤ 33 years on the last date of application.


3) Middle Management — Transformation & HR Projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive HR transformation projects: digitalization, organizational design, and process optimization.
  • Coordinate configuration/implementation with SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and other HR tech solutions; work with IT and external vendors for stable integration.
  • Roll out performance frameworks (e.g., PIP) to raise ownership and accountability.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Services, and Compensation teams to lift HR service quality.
  • Review regulations and update HR policies/procedures to meet legal and best-practice needs.
  • Build metrics and interactive dashboards for people analytics and decision support.
  • Lead end-to-end HR projects—from planning to rollout—and write SOPs for new business ventures.

Education

  • 16 years of education, preferably Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university/equivalent foreign degree holder.

Experience

  • 8–9 years overall (national/multinational), with 6+ years in HR system implementation, HR project management, or a closely related track.

Requirements

  • Proven delivery on HR tech (SAP SF/Oracle HCM).
  • Deep grasp of HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Strong project management and analysis skills; data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate governance and compliance advisory; handle appearances before regulators and other forums.
  • Draft/review/negotiate contracts: sale & purchase agreements, NDAs, SLAs, bank guarantees, and related documents.
  • Manage disputes (arbitration and litigation).
  • Structure and review reports and legal documents; advise business on commercial and civil law, labor law, SECP matters, intellectual property, and taxes where applicable.
  • Support business on policy changes, regulatory filings, and legal permit needs.
  • Maintain proper record of contracts, agreements, and legal opinions; keep management updated on legal risks.

Education

  • Law degree from an HEC-recognized law school/university. Solicitor/Bar-at-Law/foreign law degree is an advantage.

Experience

  • 6–8 years overall, with 3–6 years in a similar corporate legal role at senior or one-level-below positions (national/multinational).

Requirements

  • Strong drafting/interpretation skills; confident presenter and decision maker with solid analysis skills.

5) Middle Management — Terminal Automation & Operational Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end deployment, integration, and commissioning of SCADA systems across terminals/depots.
  • Design a TMS and propose architectures to integrate multiple DCS platforms (e.g., Siemens, ABB) into unified HMIs (e.g., WinCC, iFix/Scada).
  • Integrate field instrumentation/automation devices—RTUs/PLCs, flow meters, transmitters, VFDs, MOVs—using protocols like Modbus, IEC-60870-5-101/104, DNP3, OPC UA/DA.
  • Drive IT/OT convergence (MQTT/APIs) and stable data exchange with ERP (e.g., SAP).
  • Deliver technical specs, P&IDs, procurement inputs, and budget planning; run FAT/SAT, site commissioning, and change management.
  • Manage instrumentation and electrical tasks: panel integration, field calibration, loop checking, and operations support.
  • Build dashboards and reporting interfaces for operations visibility, alarms, and audit trails.
  • Create validation frameworks for stock reconciliation and terminal automation; provide documentation and training.

Education

  • 16 years of education (preferably Bachelor’s) in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics or a related field (HEC-recognized/equivalent foreign degree).

Experience

  • 6–8 years overall with 2–6 years in a similar role; background in Oil & Gas/Utilities/Processing-Manufacturing is preferred.

Requirements

  • Proven work on SCADA/DCS, PLC/RTU, and field devices (ATGs, VFDs, MOVs, weighbridges, transmitters).
  • Solid grasp of industrial comms (Modbus, IEC-101/104, DNP3, OPC UA/DA, Profibus).
  • Real-time data acquisition, centralized monitoring, and system integration across multi-site environments.
  • Understanding of automation system architecture, industrial networking, and smart device integration.
  • Familiarity with historians, IoT/edge, and virtualization (Docker/VMs).
  • Project/vendor management and disciplined documentation.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity standards (NIST, NERC CIP); certifications like CEH/CISSP/CC are a plus.
  • OEM certifications and SQL/Oracle database skills are an advantage.

6) Middle/Junior Management — Networks (IT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and support network devices across core, distribution, access, and Wi-Fi; travel to head-office and remote sites as required.
  • Maintain network service levels; review logs/alerts and escalate to service providers when needed.
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot routers/switches/firewalls; keep inventories and diagrams current.
  • Monitor LAN/WAN through tools for early detection; resolve connectivity issues and user access problems.
  • Process requests for issuance of PCs/printers/other peripherals tied to network access; keep endpoints compliant.
  • Create and maintain documentation and change records.

Education

Experience

  • 3–7 years overall in a national/multinational setup, with 2–4 years directly in a similar network role.

Requirements

  • Solid troubleshooting, routing/switching/firewall skills.
  • Vendor coordination and stakeholder handling.
  • Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP (or equivalent).

7) Middle Management — SAP Security (Lead Role)

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and run SAP security policies, processes, and standards across landscapes.
  • Build and govern role design strategies aligned with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and critical-access rules.
  • Coordinate with functional teams to manage security across modules; administer user/role provisioning and risk analysis.
  • Lead audit readiness; work with internal/external auditors and track remediation.
  • Partner with HR and IT on user-ID life-cycle management (onboarding, transfers, exits).
  • Conduct security assessments, drive controls, and keep evidence for compliance reviews.

Education

8) Junior Management — SAP Security (Operations)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create/modify/lock SAP user IDs for HR movements (joiners, transfers, exits).
  • Assign/maintain roles; troubleshoot authorization issues and log analysis.
  • Support internal/external audits and close observations.
  • Track access compliance data with high accuracy.

Education

  • 16 years of education, preferably Master’s in MIS/IT (HEC-recognized/equivalent).

Experience

  • 3–5 years overall with 2–4 years in SAP security operations.

Requirements

  • Daily SAP security operations, working with functional teams to define and apply authorizations.
  • Comfortable with audit procedures and remediation work.

9) Middle/Junior Management — SAP Technical

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain SAP system health, availability, and patch levels; control background jobs and system parameters.
  • Plan and execute SAP installations, component upgrades, enhancement packs, and support packs.
  • Administer databases and OS; support refreshes, system copies/clones (DEV/QAS/PRD), and DR drills.
  • Troubleshoot SAPGUI, RFC connections, spool/printer errors, and job scheduling.
  • Maintain technical documentation and change records.

Education

  • 16 years of education, preferably Master’s in Computer Science/IT (HEC-recognized/equivalent).

Experience

  • 3–7 years overall; 2–4 years directly in SAP Basis/technical work in a national/multinational environment.

10) Junior/Middle Management — SAP Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide routine user support, ticket handling, and day-to-day functional assistance.
  • Coordinate with business teams for enhancements; prepare user guides and training material.

Education

  • 16 years of education, preferably Master’s in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field (HEC-recognized/equivalent).

Experience

  • 2–5 years overall; 2–4 years in SAP support in a similar or one-level-below role.

Requirements

  • Ability to work across functions; clear communication with business and IT.
  • SAP end-user support skills; basic configuration exposure is a plus.
  • Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
