Pak China Investment Company Management Trainee Program 2025 (Batch-II) — Pak China Investment Company Limited, a Development Finance Institution formed in 2007 as a joint venture between the Government of Pakistan and the People’s Republic of China, invites fresh graduates to its full-time Management Trainee Program in Islamabad. Designed for early-career talent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, International Business, and allied fields, the program blends structured learning, sector exposure, and on-the-job training with senior teams to build capabilities in investment analysis, risk, and development financing; candidates from diverse backgrounds, including persons with disabilities, are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must have 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized or reputable foreign institution with a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00, 4.15/5.00, or 80%, strong communication and analytical skills, and be preferably under 28 years at the time of application.
