Multiple Positions – Council on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) Punjab Jobs 2025 | Director, Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors

The Council on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), Government of the Punjab, invites applications for contractual roles in Lahore—Director; Deputy Director (Implementation, Program, Admin & Finance); and Assistant Director (Policy & Compliance; Research, Data & Evaluation; Accessibility Implementation; Project & Rehabilitation; Social Empowerment; Legal; Human Resource; Accounts; IT)—to advance policies, programs, and services that protect the rights of persons with disabilities across Punjab; appointments are one year (renewable) under Government rules with the duty station at 41-Empress Road, Lahore; compensation is PKR 600,000 (Director, max age 50), PKR 400,000 (each Deputy Director, max age 45), and PKR 240,000 (each Assistant Director, max age 35); the Director requires a Master’s (HEC-recognized) in Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Public Administration/Disability Studies or related and 12 years of progressive experience including 4 years in senior leadership with strong knowledge of disability rights, accessibility, and program management; Deputy Directors need a relevant Master’s and 5 years of experience (Program: PMP preferred; Admin & Finance: MBA/Finance/Accounting and development-sector financial/admin expertise); Assistant Director (Policy & Compliance) needs a Bachelor’s in Law/Public Policy/Social Sciences and 3 years of experience; all other Assistant Director posts require role-aligned degrees and 2 years of experience (e.g., Statistics/Data Science for research; Architecture/Civil Engineering for accessibility; Project Management/Social Sciences/Rehabilitation Studies for project & rehab; Law for legal; HRM/Public Administration for HR; Accounting/Finance for accounts; IT/Computer Science with website/database upkeep for IT);
