University of Sargodha Jobs 2025 – Research Associates & Assistants for HEC-NRPU Project
The University of Sargodha (UoS) has announced new opportunities for Research Associates and Research Assistants under a prestigious Higher Education Commission (HEC) funded NRPU Project (No. 100716). The project is hosted at the Malik Firoz Khan Noon Business School (MFKNBS) and supervised by Dr. Sadia Shaukat (Principal Investigator).
The research project is titled:
“A Stitch in Time: Addressing the Gaps and Drivers in Eco-Innovation Adoption for Sustainable Business Growth of Pakistan’s Manufacturing Sector.”
These positions are designed for MS/MPhil scholars, PhD candidates, and fresh postgraduates who wish to gain hands-on research experience while contributing to sustainable business development in Pakistan.

About the Project
This HEC-funded project investigates eco-innovation adoption in Pakistan’s manufacturing industry with the aim of promoting environment-friendly growth and building sustainable business practices.
Key research areas include:
- Identifying barriers and drivers in eco-innovation adoption.
- Exploring green technologies and sustainable models for businesses.
- Assessing policy frameworks that encourage environmental responsibility.
- Providing recommendations to industries and government bodies for better adoption of eco-friendly practices.
