Punjab Human Capital Investment Project Jobs 2025 – Hiring of Individual Consultants
The World Bank–financed Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) is enlisting three senior consultants—Financial Management Specialist, Environmental & Social Safeguard Specialist, and Data Analyst—to steer the next phase of social-protection reforms in Punjab. Working from the Project Management Unit in Lahore until 30 June 2026, each consultant will bring an advanced, HEC-recognised degree and a solid record in donor-funded development work: finance candidates must demonstrate robust ERP fluency and public-sector controls; safeguard experts need deep experience in environmental compliance, gender inclusion, and stakeholder engagement; data analysts should show mastery of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, and STATA for evidence-driven decision-making.
