What you’ll do (role-by-role highlights)

Manager Coordination — International IT Workforce Development

  • Plan and deliver workforce initiatives that prepare Pakistani professionals for international clients (remote teams, enterprise delivery standards, and soft-skills for global work).
  • Build partnerships with industry associations, global employers, and training providers; align curricula with international market needs.
  • Maintain M&E dashboards, risks/issues logs, and procurement/contract trackers; produce clear progress reports and case studies.
  • Coordinate exposure activities—webinars, virtual job fairs, employer roundtables—and track conversion metrics (placements, certifications, and contract wins).

Manager Coordination — National IT Skills

  • Map domestic demand and roll out targeted training with universities, TVETs, and private academies.
  • Ensure quality assurance: pre/post assessments, completion rates, and job outcomes.
  • Standardize vendor management—RFPs, deliverables, acceptance notes, and payments tied to KPIs.
  • Work with provincial partners to extend programs beyond metros; design inclusion pathways for women and underserved regions.

Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs

  • Prepare, vet, and maintain agreements, MoUs, SLAs, NDAs, addenda, and policy memos with accurate clause referencing.
  • Liaise with finance, audit, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with rules, delegation of powers, and documentation standards.
  • Keep board/committee documentation neat: minutes, resolutions, action trackers, and statutory filings.
  • Support procurement and HR with contract language, service levels, and penalty/renewal clauses; maintain a central register of legal instruments.

Practical tips to strengthen your application

  • Quantify outcomes. Instead of “managed training,” write “delivered 1,200 trainee completions with 78% assessment pass rate; 320 job placements within three months.”
  • Show tools you use. Gantt (MS Project), Asana/Trello, Google Sheets dashboards, contract trackers, or doc management systems.
  • Prove stakeholder depth. Name the types of partners you’ve handled (HEIs, TVETs, donor projects, IT associations).
  • Corporate Affairs candidates: share clause samples you’ve drafted (redacted), especially termination, IP/Confidentiality, SLA penalties, and dispute resolution.
  • Keep it lean. Reviewers appreciate two pages of focused achievements more than long narratives.
