What fits well here: CA/ACCA/ICMA/MBA (Finance) for finance/audit tracks; IFRS, consolidation, JV accounting, and controls experience; ERP/Payroll application exposure for Payroll & IT Development; strong documentation and scheduling skills for Secretary (Finance).

Fields / Rig Site

What fits well here: BE/BSc Engineering (Petroleum/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) or equivalent, proven rig/plant exposure, contractor management, PTW/PSM familiarity; for RMO—MBBS with remote/industrial care experience; for HSE—NEBOSH/IOSH, incident investigation, audits & drills.

Role Snapshots (so you can tailor your CV)

• Head of Internal Audit / Executive (IA): lead risk-based plans, execute audits, close findings, and brief the Audit Committee with crisp, evidence-backed reports.
• Executive (Financial Reporting / JV) & Senior Officer (Finance): own monthly close, IFRS compliance, partner/JV accounting, payables and cost control; coordinate audits on time.
• Executive (Payroll & IT Dev): keep payroll accurate and auditable; improve ERP workflows and interfaces with secure change control.
• Company Man / Night Company Man: run wellsite operations safely and efficiently; manage service companies; reduce NPT; deliver clear daily reports.
• Senior Instrument Engineer: assure DCS/PLC integrity, instrument reliability, shutdown readiness, and turnaround support.
• RMO (Male): provide 24/7 primary/emergency care at site; manage clinic stock and health surveillance.
• HSE Engineer / Assistant Engineer (HSE): enforce PTW, JSAs, SIMOPS protocols; drive audits, drills, incident learning, and contractor HSE performance.
