What You’ll Do (Role Highlights)
Clinical Faculty (SR/AP/Assoc. Prof/Prof)
- Lead inpatient rounds, OPDs, and emergency consults; deliver safe procedures and operations according to specialty protocols.
- Supervise house officers and residents; maintain logbooks, morbidity & mortality reviews, and audit cycles.
- Contribute to MBBS teaching, simulation/skills labs, OSCE/OSPE assessment, and evidence-based guideline development.
- Uphold infection prevention, medication safety, and documentation standards; support clinical governance and accreditation activities.
ICU Doctors (Registrar/SMO/MO)
- Manage ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients; coordinate with anesthesia, medicine, and surgical teams.
- Run codes and rapid response; ensure meticulous charting and handovers; maintain consumable/equipment readiness.
MS & DMS
- Oversee hospital operations, bed management, clinical support services, and regulatory compliance (PHC standards, safety, biomedical maintenance).
- Chair/participate in Quality & Patient Safety committees; drive KPI-based improvements in turnaround times, infection indicators, and patient experience.
Assistant Manager (Hospital) & QA Manager
- Execute daily operations, staffing rosters, and front-line patient flow; ensure SOP adherence across OPD, ER, wards, and diagnostics.
