Role Highlights & What Success Looks Like

Faculty (Assistant Professor; Lecturer/Teaching Fellow)

  • Teach undergraduate/postgraduate courses in business, analytics, entrepreneurship, and allied areas.
  • Lead capstone projects, strengthen industry linkages, and publish in credible journals.
  • Contribute to curriculum enhancement, AACSB-style assurance of learning, and academic advising.

Deputy Director IT

  • Own the university’s core IT infrastructure: data center, network backbone, identity/access, e-mail, LMS, ERP/MIS, and endpoint services.
  • Plan budgets, manage SLAs, and implement security baselines, data backup/DR, and user experience improvements.
  • Mentor engineering teams and drive automation, monitoring, and ticketing discipline.

Computer Programmer / Software Engineer

  • Build and maintain web applications used across admissions, exams, HR, finance, and research.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL stores, Git, CI/CD, and test coverage.
  • Document code, maintain change logs, and collaborate through agile sprints.

Administrative & Campus Services

  • Office Assistant / DEO / Composer / Lecture Assistant ensure smooth academic and office operations—accurate records, content formatting, AV setups, and reliable data flows.
  • Security Guard / Chowkidar keep a safe, courteous, and compliant campus environment.
  • Driver (LTV) maintains punctual official transport with careful handling and logs.
  • Helper / Sanitary Worker sustain cleanliness and readiness for classes, events, and exams.
