About Us
The University of Narowal (UON), founded in April 2018 through the UON Act passed by the Provincial Assembly, is an independent university located on Shakargarh Road. It has excellent postgraduate and doctoral education opportunities in cultures, health, economics, education, science, media and environment. For scientific and social sciences, separate academic blocks were established, with modern classrooms and well-equipped research facilities in all UON departments. Currently, seventeen vibrant departments have their own field of BS and MPhil programs at UON. Additionally, it is planned that various new academic programs should be launched by UON in different fields, such as technology, education, sciences, social sciences, etc., to cater to the needs of students furthering their studies.
