1. Professor

- Salary: PKR 425,000 per month
2. Associate Professor
- Departments: Anatomy, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine, Gynae/Obs, Paediatrics
- Salary: PKR 325,000 per month
3. Assistant Professor
- Departments: Anatomy, Biochemistry, Pathology, Forensic Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, Behavioral Science, Accident & Emergency
- Salary: PKR 200,000 per month
4. Senior Registrar
- Departments: Surgery, Medicine, Gynae/Obs, Paediatrics
- Salary: PKR 100,000 per month
5. Demonstrator (Basic Sciences)
- Salary: PKR 100,000 per month
