📌 Vacant Positions and Criteria

Head Consumer Banking Division

Location: Head Office, Peshawar
Grade: Up to Senior Vice President (SVP)

Eligibility:

• A Bachelor’s degree (minimum); preference given to those holding a Master’s from an HEC recognized or equivalent foreign institution.
• At least 15 years’ experience in Consumer and Retail Banking, with added value for those having a background in Islamic Banking product development.
• Familiarity and hands-on expertise in Shariah Compliant Banking will be regarded as a major advantage.
• Age limits will align with internal HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute sales-driven strategies to hit and surpass targets.
• Integrate consumer finance approaches with Shariah governance standards.
• Mentor cross-functional teams — product, sales, and credit.
• Oversee pricing models while championing automation of Islamic consumer products.
• Streamline credit approvals to ensure efficiency and risk compliance.
• Take ownership of reporting, analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Regional Head – Retail Banking

Locations:

• Islamabad (for Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan & Hazara Regions)
• Lahore (Central Region)
• Karachi (Southern Region)

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification of Graduation; Master’s degree preferred (HEC recognized or foreign equivalent).
• Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in Commercial Banking, including 5 years in a senior supervisory role such as Area Manager.
• Candidates with exposure to Islamic Banking will be given preference.
• Age in line with Bank’s HR framework.
