Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Crisis Resilient Social Protection Program (CRISP)
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Pakistan’s flagship social protection programme, is currently operating jointly with the World Bank under the Crisis Resilient Social Protection (CRISP) Programme. To further enhance its operations and technical capacity, BISP is providing consultancy positions for experienced and qualified professionals.
It invites applications for different consultants, such as NSER Coordinator, Procurement Associate, Financial Information Systems Engineer (FISE), Android Developer, Software Developer, and WAN Specialist. The jobs are crucial in supporting BISP’s mission at enhancing service delivery, operational efficiency, and social protection goals.
All positions are based in Islamabad, and offer competitive consultancy contracts aligned with international donor requirements and local policies.
📌 Consultancy Positions and Requirements

| Procurement Associate (01 Post) | 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce or Finance | ✅ 4-5 years experience in procurement processes. Certifications like CIPS/CPSM are desirable. |
| Financial Information Systems Engineer (FISE) (01 Post) | 🎓 Bachelor/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications like CISA or Azure Developer are preferred. | ✅ Minimum 5 years experience in software systems and database management. |
| Android Developer (01 Post) | 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline | ✅ 3+ years practical experience developing Android applications, UI/UX, and app publishing. |
| Software Developer (01 Post) | 🎓 16 years education in Computer Science from HEC recognized or top-tier foreign/local universities | ✅ Minimum 3 years enterprise software development experience (.NET, Java, APIs, Databases). |
| WAN Specialist (01 Post) | 🎓 16 years education in Computer Science/IT or related field | ✅ Over 8 years experience in WAN/LAN network design, implementation, VPN, security protocols, and enterprise network management. |
