What you’ll actually do (role snapshots you can use to tune your CV)
- GIS Manager: Own the spatial backbone of PULSE. Build standardized layers, enforce topology, and integrate with PLRA systems. Expect hands-on work with parcel fabric, control points, satellite/imagery QA, and attribute schemas, plus mentoring junior GIS analysts and coordinating with survey teams.
- Quality Assurance Analyst: Treat land record data like a mission-critical product. Define QC test cases, sampling percentages, and defect triage; verify that migrated or newly digitized data matches source documents; publish clear sign-offs.
- Community Engagement Associate: Translate reforms into understandable, local language messages. Plan mohalla-level sessions, run complaint resolution loops, maintain feedback sheets, and escalate systemic issues with evidence.
- Communication Associate: Keep stakeholders informed with press briefs, FAQs, infographics, and social posts. Track media, support field photo documentation, and ensure consistent branding at service points.
- Finance Associate (PMU/PIU): Maintain audit-ready files—purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, vouchers, and reconciliations; assist in IFRs and donor reporting; uphold segregation of duties.
- Office/Operations Assistant: Keep the machine humming—files indexed, meetings on time, minutes issued, and dispatch tracked.
- Surveyors: Deliver ground truth. Work with GNSS/total station, reconcile with records, and document anomalies for correction.
- Driver: Ensure timely, safe movement of staff and records; follow preventive maintenance schedules.
