The Bank of Punjab’s Galaxy Management Associate Program 2025 is open to recent grads holding a 16-year bachelor’s in business, finance, HR, marketing, economics, commerce, or management from an HEC-approved university, with a minimum 3.0 GPA (75 %) and an age of 27 or under on the closing date; degree-awaiting students may apply if final transcripts arrive by 15 August 2025. Successful candidates—selected through an online process that actively welcomes women, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled applicants—enter a paid rotation through operations, credit, HR, marketing, and branch leadership, paired with senior mentors and clear performance milestones that can lead to permanent roles.

Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in one of the following or a related discipline:
  • Banking & Finance

  • Commerce
  • Business Administration / Management
  • Human Resources
  • Marketing

  📌 Degrees must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
  📑 Candidates awaiting results may also apply, provided they submit their final transcript by August 15, 2025.

• ⏳ Age Limit: Not more than 27 years as of the last application date.
