Director-Level Posts Open – Capital Development Authority Islamabad (2-Year Contract)

Capital Development Authority Islamabad director jobs 2025 offer a two-year, extendable contract to senior professionals ready to steer Islamabad’s water supply, civil works, human-resources administration, long-range planning, or fiscal oversight. Five seats are open—**Director General (Islamabad Water) at PPS-10 for candidates aged 45-50 with a BE Civil plus a master’s in water-related disciplines and 17 years’ utility leadership, and four PPS-09 roles for applicants 40-45: Director (Admin/HR/Law) with a master’s and 12 years’ HR or legal command, Director (P&D-II) or Director (Civil) with a BE Civil (master’s preferred) and 12 years’ infrastructure or planning success, and Director (Finance & Revenue) requiring a CA/ACCA/ACMA or MBA-Finance plus seven years’ financial management, including two at BPS-17+.

What These Roles Involve

Each director role comes with operational responsibility for a critical domain within the CDA. Selected candidates will:

Lead planning and implementation activities in their respective departments
Supervise department teams and ensure compliance with administrative or engineering standards
Coordinate with federal and provincial bodies, consultants, and field offices
Manage department-specific budgets, reporting, and personnel
Guide reforms, infrastructure upgrades, or internal process improvements as needed

Applicants should be confident in decision-making, comfortable handling inter-department coordination, and capable of leading teams under government frameworks.
