Capital Development Authority Jobs 2025 place experienced public-sector leaders at the helm of Islamabad’s key civic divisions, offering a two-year contract (renewable) for five senior posts: a Director General, Islamabad Water (PPS-10, 17 years’ experience, BE Civil plus master’s in urban, sanitary or environmental disciplines, age 45-50); and four Directors (PPS-09, age 40-45) covering Admin/HR/Law (master’s in public administration, HR or law, 12 years’ record with five at BPS-17+), P&D-II (BE Civil plus master’s in planning or environment, 12 years), Civil Infrastructure (BE Civil, master’s preferred, 12 years in large-scale works) and Finance & Revenue (CA/ACCA/ACMA or MBA-Finance, seven years including two at BPS-17+).
