Bank of Khyber (BoK) is looking for highly skilled and motivated professionals to join its team. These positions provide an opportunity to work in a leading financial institution with a strong technology platform. BoK is seeking candidates for the following positions in its Corporate & Commercial segment.

Position: Head Transaction Banking Division

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation is the minimum requirement. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or an equivalent foreign qualification (equivalency certificate from HEC required).
• Experience: At least 10 years in the Financial Services Industry in areas such as Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Cash Management, Structured Trade Finance, or Home Remittances Business. Islamic banking experience is preferred.
• Candidates currently heading the Transaction Banking function in a financial institution are exempted from the stated experience requirements.
• Age: As per BoK HR rules.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and grow Cash Management, Structured Trade Finance, and Home Remittance business across Pakistan.
• Attract and retain a team of skilled professionals to enhance product offerings.
• Take full accountability for the performance of the Transaction Banking and Remittances business.
• Drive revenue growth by introducing new products, cross-selling services, and increasing deposit float.
• Perform any other tasks related to Transaction Banking as assigned by management.

Location & Remuneration

• Location: Head Office, Peshawar.
• Reports To: Islamic Banking Group.
• Compensation: A market-based remuneration package will be offered to the selected candidate.

Position: Head Investment Banking Division

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduation. Preference for a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or an equivalent foreign qualification (equivalency certificate from HEC required).
• Experience: At least 10 years in Investment Banking within the Financial Services Industry. Islamic banking experience is preferred.
• Candidates currently heading the Investment Banking function in a financial institution are exempted from the stated experience requirements.
• Age: As per BoK HR rules.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate fee-based income for the bank.
• Lead the issuance of debt instruments, including Sukuk and syndicated financing.
• Collaborate with financial institutions to structure and execute large-scale financing deals.
• Manage IPO underwriting, rights issue collections, and agency/trustee services.
• Perform any other Investment Banking-related tasks as assigned by management.

Location & Remuneration

• Location: Head Office, Peshawar.
• Reports To: Islamic Banking Group.
• Compensation: A market-based remuneration package will be offered to the selected candidate.

Position: Manager – Investment Banking Division

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or reputable foreign institution. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Corporate Financing or Investment Banking within the Financial Services Industry. Preference for candidates with Islamic banking experience.
• Age: As per BoK HR rules.

Location & Remuneration

• Locations: Peshawar and Karachi.
• Reports To: Islamic Banking Group.
• Compensation: A market-based remuneration package will be offered to selected candidates.
