Job Details

Deputy Director – Network Operations & Cyber Security

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, implement, and maintain secure enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless).
• Monitor uptime, troubleshoot issues, and ensure capacity planning.
• Configure and maintain network devices: switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers.
• Oversee system administration tasks (domain controllers, DNS/DHCP, virtualization such as VMware, Hyper-V).
• Implement and enforce security policies, intrusion prevention, and firewalls.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for escalation and connectivity management.
• Design redundancy and failover mechanisms for high availability.
• Conduct root cause analysis of outages and maintain incident logs.
• Lead cyber security and disaster recovery initiatives.

Assistant Director – Database Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable database architectures.
• Administer, optimize, and manage relational/non-relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
