Available Positions & Requirements

✅ Role Highlights & Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Deputy Director – Engineering Services

• Manage large-scale construction and development projects from design to execution
• Review project drawings, technical specs, and cost estimates for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare BOQs, bidding documents, and work schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external vendors
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols, HSE standards, and industry best practices
• Conduct site inspections and ensure project timelines are met
• Identify construction risks and implement mitigation measures
• Lead the repair, retrofitting, and maintenance planning of NADRA’s facilities nationwide

⚡ Assistant Director – Sub Engineer Civil & Electric

• Oversee minor construction, facility upgrades, and electrical system maintenance
• Supervise field technicians and ensure safe execution of civil and electrical jobs
• Participate in planning and documentation of technical activities
• Conduct on-site evaluations and prepare daily progress reports
• Manage preventative maintenance plans and infrastructure audit support
• Coordinate with engineering consultants for scope validation and layout assessments

📋 Senior Executive

• Draft and review engineering documents including plans, estimates, and BOQs
• Support feasibility studies and prepare technical reports
• Manage inventory and coordinate repair/maintenance activities
• Provide technical assistance in on-ground engineering operations
• Maintain digital and hard documentation as per NADRA’s standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and use of scheduling or planning tools is expected
