The University of Gujrat (UOG) invites applications from highly qualified and committed individuals for faculty positions in its Department of Architecture, under the Faculty of Architecture, Design & Fine Arts (FADFA). These are contract-based teaching roles for the Hafiz Hayat Campus, offering candidates an opportunity to contribute to a progressive and design-forward academic environment.

Positions are available at the ranks of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Lecturer, and are ideal for academics and professionals passionate about design education, architectural research, and studio-based teaching. UOG encourages applications from both seasoned educators and emerging design practitioners with a strong academic record.

📋 Vacant Positions & Criteria:

1️⃣ Professor (BPS-21)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: PhD in Architecture or Urban Planning (HEC-recognized)
• Experience: 15 years teaching/research OR 10 years post-PhD with professional experience
• Additional: PCATP registration required; international competition participation preferred
• Age Limit: 35–55 years (relaxable)

2️⃣ Associate Professor (BPS-20)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: PhD in Architecture, Urban Design, or Planning
• Experience: 10 years teaching/research OR 5 years post-PhD with portfolio or project experience
• Age Limit: 30–50 years (relaxable)
• Additional: PCATP registration preferred

3️⃣ Assistant Professor (BPS-19)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: MS/MPhil in Architecture (HEC-recognized)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years teaching or professional design experience
• Age Limit: 25–45 years (relaxable)

4️⃣ Lecturer (BPS-18)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: First-Class Master’s in Architecture or Urban Design
• Additional: Preference to candidates with studio teaching experience or design portfolios
• Age Limit: 23–35 years (relaxable)

• Rs. 1,200 for BPS-20 & 21
• Rs. 1,000 for BPS-18 & 19
