📋 Position Overview

Designation: Finance Associate
Location: Lahore (with travel to project districts when required)
Project Tenure: Contract-based appointment, linked to project duration and performance.
Age Limit: Between 20 to 42 years.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• At least 16 years of education in Finance, Accounts, Commerce or related field.
• ACCA (Affiliate) certification holders are also eligible to apply.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience in accounting, auditing, or finance.
• Candidates having experience in the public sector, donor-funded programs, or health-related projects will be given preference.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with foreign-funded projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting in donor-driven environments.

🎯 Key Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Sound knowledge of accounting systems and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with procurement procedures and project financial monitoring.
