The Finance Division of the Government of Pakistan is hiring skilled and experienced professionals for its Central Monitoring Unit on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the country’s financial oversight and management functions. The positions are initially for three years, extendable based on performance and organizational needs.

Available Positions

Portfolio Manager-I (Data Analyst – Database Manager)Develop and manage financial databases, ensure data accuracy, and provide analytical support for decision-making.
Portfolio Manager-II (Commercial Portfolio)Oversee and analyze the commercial aspects of financial projects and policies.
Portfolio Manager-III (Non-Commercial Portfolio)Focus on non-commercial financial portfolios, including public investments and policy compliance.
Portfolio Manager-IV (Risk Analyst)Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks across multiple government portfolios.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Qualifications & Experience:
    • Candidates must possess a master’s degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Economics, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institution.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, or risk assessment.
  2. Additional Notes:
    • For degrees obtained from foreign institutions, candidates must provide an equivalency certificate from HEC at the time of the interview.
  3. Age Limit:
    • As per government rules for MP-III positions.
