Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance to the International Office and Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC).
    • Organize and maintain records, manage official correspondence, and assist in day-to-day office operations.
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Utilize MS Excel, SPSS, and other data analysis tools for preparing reports, presentations, and performance evaluations.
    • Support data collection, processing, and interpretation for strategic decision-making.
  3. Communication & Coordination:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with faculty, students, and administrative staff.
    • Organize meetings, workshops, and events while maintaining effective communication channels.
  4. Content Management:
    • Maintain and update web content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
    • Assist in creating promotional materials, newsletters, and internal communications.
  5. Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and statistical tools like SPSS.
    • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (w.p.m.) is required.

  • Education:
    • 16 years bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, preferably in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a reputable organization or university.

  • Skills:
