Available Positions

1. Senior Manager (Sales & Marketing)

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
• Qualifications:
  • MSc/BSc/BE in Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
  • A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in an engineering setup.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing industrial engineering goods, particularly in Sugar mills, Cement plants, Boilers, and Steel structures.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in selling heavy castings and steel products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
  • An MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution is preferred.

2. Manager (Sales & Marketing)

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
• Qualifications:
  • BSc/BE in Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in industrial marketing.
  • Candidates with experience in the steel manufacturing industry will be preferred.

3. Resident Engineer (Gilgit Baltistan)

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
• Qualifications:
  • BSc/BE (Civil) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • 10-15 years of experience, including 5 years in construction projects as a Project Manager or Resident Engineer.
  • Proficient in project management software and claims management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Senior Electrical Engineer (Gilgit Baltistan)

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
• Qualifications:
  • BSc/BE (Electrical) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in Power Plants.
  • Expertise in the installation and commissioning of Transmission Lines at Hydropower Projects (HPPs).
  • Knowledge of hydropower electrical components and systems.

5. Deputy Managers/Assistant Managers (Sales & Marketing)

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree with 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience in Sugar plants, Cement plants, or the Chemical industry.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Marketing.

6. Assistant Manager (Networks)

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
• Qualifications:
  • Graduation or Master’s in Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in networking, ideally with CCNA/CCNP certification.
  • Expertise in managing network infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and reliability of routers, switches, and firewalls.
