Qualifications:

• For Civilians:
  • MBA (Regular program with minimum CGPA 3.0) or MSc Engineering from a nationally reputed university.
  • OR MA LLB (Corporate Law) from an HEC-recognized institution.
• For Armed Forces Officers:
  • MBA/MSc Engineering (as above) OR Graduation from Command & Staff College (C&SC) or College of EME.
  • OR MA LLB (Corporate Law).

Experience & Skills:

• Proven expertise in corporate governance, administration, or legal frameworks.
• Retired Armed Forces officers must have exemplary service records and no disciplinary dismissals.
• Strong understanding of defence sector operations and compliance (preferred).
