The Pakistan Army is now accepting applications from final-year MBBS students (of PMC-recognized medical colleges) to join its prestigious Medical Corps as ‘M’ Cadets. This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates across Pakistan, offering a unique pathway to serve the nation while completing medical education.

Eligible students will be inducted into the Army Medical Corps and receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 18,583/- during their remaining medical education. Upon successful completion of their MBBS degree and requisite military training, selected candidates will be commissioned as Captains in the Pakistan Army Medical Corps.

📝 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Academic Qualification:

• Final Year MBBS students of PMC-recognized medical colleges in Pakistan.

✅ Age Limit:

• Must not exceed 26 years as of 1st July 2025.

✅ Gender:

• Male candidates only.

✅ Nationality:

• Citizens of Pakistan and domicile holders of Azad Kashmir/Gilgit-Baltistan.
• Candidates with dual nationality must surrender foreign nationality upon final selection.

✅ Physical Standards:

• Height: Minimum 5′-4” (162.5 cm)
• Weight: As per Body Mass Index (BMI)

🚫 Ineligibility Conditions

• Medically unfit by Military Board.
• Withdrawn/dismissed from Armed Forces or training academies.
• Convicted in a court of law or involved in moral turpitude.
• Candidates who previously appeared in ISSB for M Cadet and were rejected twice.
• Candidates who fail to report within the stipulated time after selection.

📝 Selection Process

1. Registration

Candidates can apply online at:

Alternatively, visit the nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Center (AS&RC) with the required documents.

2. Documents Required at AS&RCs

• Attested copies of CNIC/Form-B
• 4 passport-size photographs
• Matric, FSc, and MBBS transcripts
• Duly signed certificate from Dean/Principal confirming candidate is in final year
• NOC (for government employees)

3. Selection Steps

• Preliminary medical examination
• Physical fitness test
• ISSB recommendation
• Final medical examination at CMH
• Final interview and merit-based selection
