• Education: Master’s in Environmental Sciences/Social Sciences or M.Sc. Environmental Engineering (HEC-recognized).
• Experience:
  • 12+ years in managing social/environmental safeguards for large projects.
  • Expertise in ADB’s SPS 2009, Pakistan’s regulations, and donor-funded projects (ADB, World Bank).
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, project management tools).
