βœ… Qualification Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other relevant field.
  • Candidates with a Medical Degree accompanied by additional management qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification management experience in a similar organization or institution.
  • Exceptional candidates may have experience requirements relaxed at the discretion of the Board of Governors.

πŸ“‹ Main Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all non-clinical functions of the hospital.
  2. Prepare the hospital’s annual budget and business plan for presentation to the Management Committee and Board.
  3. Ensure the maintenance of buildings and manage engineering services.
  4. Develop and maintain ancillary services, including pharmacy, nursing, materials management, HR, clerical, and security services.
  5. Act as the Principal Accounting Officer, ensuring financial discipline and transparency.
  6. Implement Board policies and achieve targets set by the Board.
  7. Report directly to the Board of Governors of MTI-ATH, adhering to MTI Act rules and regulations.

  1. Contract Period: The position will be filled on a 5-year contract, extendable for two additional 5-year terms based on performance and Board discretion.
  2. Candidates must provide a reference letter from their current employer confirming their standing.
  3. Applicants working in government or semi-government organizations must apply through proper channels with an NOC and resign from their current post upon selection.
