Medical Teaching Institution Abbottabad (MTI-ATH/ACD/AMC), a 1500-bed tertiary care hospital operating under the MTI Act 2015 and its amendments, is seeking applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following position:

β Qualification Requirements
- A Masterβs Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other relevant field.
- Candidates with a Medical Degree accompanied by additional management qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
π Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification management experience in a similar organization or institution.
- Exceptional candidates may have experience requirements relaxed at the discretion of the Board of Governors.
π Skills Needed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under stress.
- Proven leadership, project management, and time management capabilities.
- Ability to develop teams and achieve tasks assigned by the Board of Governors (BOG).
π Main Responsibilities
- Oversee all non-clinical functions of the hospital.
- Prepare the hospitalβs annual budget and business plan for presentation to the Management Committee and Board.
- Ensure the maintenance of buildings and manage engineering services.
- Develop and maintain ancillary services, including pharmacy, nursing, materials management, HR, clerical, and security services.
- Act as the Principal Accounting Officer, ensuring financial discipline and transparency.
- Implement Board policies and achieve targets set by the Board.
- Report directly to the Board of Governors of MTI-ATH, adhering to MTI Act rules and regulations.
πΌ General Information
- Contract Period: The position will be filled on a 5-year contract, extendable for two additional 5-year terms based on performance and Board discretion.
- Candidates must provide a reference letter from their current employer confirming their standing.
- Applicants working in government or semi-government organizations must apply through proper channels with an NOC and resign from their current post upon selection.
- The selected candidate will receive an attractive salary package and benefits based on their qualifications and experience.
