Job Description
- Oversee all secretarial and administrative functions related to the Board of Governors.
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate Board meetings, including drafting and distributing agendas.
- Record and maintain minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among Board members.
- Collaborate with public and private sectors on behalf of the Board of Governors.
- Manage correspondence, presentations, and official documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist in drafting reports and preparing presentations for board meetings.
- Travel to Bannu, Peshawar, and other locations as required for official duties.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Administrative Skills: Proficient in secretarial tasks, office management, and administrative coordination.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Urdu, and Pashto.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities for effective communication with Board members and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Presentation Skills: High-level presentation skills for board meetings and official communications.
- Shorthand Proficiency: Knowledge of Shorthand is preferred but not mandatory.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized institution.
✅ Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Secretary, Secretarial Practitioner, or in an Office Management role.
- Prior experience as Secretary with Board of Governors or Directors in Government Regulatory Authorities or Autonomous Bodies is preferred.
- Candidates with accreditation from the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan will have an added advantage.

Selection Criteria
