Eligibility Criteria

Each position comes with specific qualifications and skill requirements:

Assistant (BPS-15):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Stenotypists (BPS-14):

  • Education: Intermediate or equivalent.
  • Skills: Shorthand typing speed of 80 wpm and computer typing speed of 40 wpm.

Upper Division Clerk (BPS-11):

  • Education: Intermediate or equivalent.
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy is required.

Lower Division Clerk (BPS-9):

  • Education: Matriculation.
  • Skills: Typing speed of 30 wpm with mandatory computer literacy.

Driver (BPS-4):

  • Education: Primary pass.
  • Experience: Valid driving license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.

Application Process

To maintain a transparent recruitment process, all applications will be handled by the National Testing Service (NTS):

  1. Visit the NTS Website:
    Go to www.nts.org.pk to view job details and apply.
  2. Register and Fill Details:
    Complete the online application form with accurate personal information and upload a recent passport-sized photograph.
  3. Pay the Test Fee:
    Deposit the required test fee in the designated NTS bank account.
  4. Download Roll Number Slip (RNS):
    Print your Roll Number Slip, which is mandatory for participation in the screening test.
  5. Application Deadline:
    Submit all details and fees within 7 days of this advertisement (by November 8, 2024).
