✅ Responsibilities (Highlights)
Director / Chief Monitoring & Evaluation Roles
- Design and oversee execution of PSDP projects’ monitoring & evaluation framework
- Coordinate with provincial and regional offices for data-driven project assessments
- Prepare technical reports, identify implementation bottlenecks, and recommend solutions
- Lead evaluation studies, field reviews, and capacity-building initiatives
Evaluation & Monitoring Officers
- Conduct on-ground data collection and impact evaluation
- Prepare analytical project performance reports
- Travel to remote areas for real-time project monitoring
- Liaise with implementing partners and field teams for data validation
Deputy Director & Admin Officer
- Support operational management, reporting protocols, and interdepartmental coordination
- Lead administrative and procurement functions as per government rules
- Maintain HR records, contracts, inventory control, and general office procedures
APS & Accountant
- Manage official correspondence, record-keeping, and confidential files
- Prepare payroll, budget reconciliations, and expense statements
- Work with AGPR on accounts clearance and audit documentation

One Chief Monitoring Officer position is also available at the Quetta Camp Office (Balochistan)
