📋 Eligibility Criteria
All degrees must be recognized by HEC (or PEC where applicable).
Strong knowledge of business strategy, financial analysis, project monitoring, and evaluation.
Familiarity with software tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant professional certifications and practical experience in government/public sector projects.
