Key Requirements

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Managerial positions require degrees in business administration, marketing, management sciences, law, or engineering (depending on the role).
  • Associate positions require bachelor’s degrees in relevant fields such as estate management, law, GIS, procurement, or digital marketing.
• Experience: Prior experience in estate management, procurement, GIS systems, legal services, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Age Limit: Up to 50 years for managers; 35 years for associates.
